BibRave Strengthens Experiential, Influencer, and Community Marketing Capabilities While Advancing Longtime Team Members

Gianina Galatro joins BibRave as Experiential Marketing Manager, bringing extensive experience leading brand partnerships and large-scale experiential campaigns for globally recognized organizations. Based in New York, Galatro most recently served as Partnerships Manager at Mozilla, where she led brand activations, influencer initiatives, and strategic partnership programs.

Galatro’s background spans media strategy, agency-side experiential and content development, and brand-side partnership leadership. Throughout her career, she has executed high-impact campaigns and activations for brands and institutions, including Pixar, IKEA, Chicago-based universities, and Perfetti Van Melle.

At BibRave, Galatro will support experiential campaign planning and execution, developing meaningful in-person activations that connect brands with endurance and lifestyle communities.

Chris Davis joins the agency as Influencer Marketing Manager, bringing more than a decade of experience in creator partnerships, content operations, and community management. Based in Rockland, Maine, Davis has built and scaled high-performing creator networks across technology and education platforms, managing multi-stakeholder partnerships and driving measurable growth.

Most recently, he served as a Content Producer at LinkedIn Learning, where he led production of more than 300 hours of content per quarter, partnering with instructors serving over 600 million professionals worldwide. Prior to that, he spent six years at Pluralsight, recruiting and managing a network of 150+ expert creators. At BibRave, Davis will oversee influencer and ambassador programs, supporting clients through structured, data-driven creator partnerships that deliver measurable engagement and brand impact.

Cait Charlton joins BibRave as Account Coordinator, adding a strong background in marketing, events, and social media management within the outdoor and climbing industries. Most recently, Cait served as Marketing, Events, and Social Media Manager at Ascent Studio Climbing Gym, where they led campaign development, executed community-driven events, and managed brand communications across digital channels.

At BibRave, Charlton will support client accounts, assist in experiential execution, and contribute to integrated marketing programs across the agency’s portfolio.

BibRave also announced two internal promotions recognizing long-standing team contributions: Jenn Savedge has been promoted to Senior Account Manager and Laura Mullins to Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, both of whom have been with the agency since 2019. Savedge leads digital marketing strategy and race industry partnerships, managing key client relationships and integrated campaigns, while Mullins has been instrumental in building BibRave’s community and influencer programs, bringing deep expertise in creator relationships and ambassador management.
