Agency elevates leadership and expands new talent to fuel next phase of integrated marketing excellence

Andy Wallace has been promoted to Senior Vice President, expanding his leadership to oversee the agency’s newly formed Account Services function, aligning client strategy, operations, and execution across Influencer Marketing, Community Management, Experiential, and Digital. In this role, Wallace is responsible for ensuring alignment across teams, optimizing internal operations, and driving strategic growth for the agency’s client portfolio.

Richard Patty has been promoted to Experiential Marketing Director, where he will oversee all aspects of BibRave’s experiential and creative production business, leading a team of managers and coordinators. Patty guides concept development, production strategy, and on-site execution for major campaigns, ensuring every brand experience delivers both precision and creativity.

Andrew Calangelo has been promoted to Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, taking leadership of BibRave’s influencer and community management programs. Calangelo oversees strategy, development, and performance for large-scale ambassador and influencer activations, driving measurable outcomes for endurance, fitness, and lifestyle clients.

Elizabeth “Shae” Benton has been promoted to Experiential Marketing Manager, leading the design and execution of live brand activations and campaigns. With experience in content creation, operations, project management, and communications, Benton combines creative strategy with operational precision.

Caleigh Nevin joins BibRave as a new Account Director after years of partnering with the agency as Marketing Director at Shokz, where she led strategy and execution that fueled the brand’s rapid growth and category leadership in bone-conduction audio. She brings extensive experience in marketing operations, e-commerce, and cross-functional leadership, having built and scaled influencer and brand partnership programs throughout her career. At BibRave, Caleigh will oversee client accounts, strategic planning, and integrated campaign execution across the agency’s portfolio.

BibRave also welcomes Ben Donaghy as Experiential Marketing Manager, joining the agency’s rapidly expanding and continually innovating experiential division. Donaghy brings over a decade of experience in event production, logistics, and creative activation, including hospitality management at the Paris Olympics and large-scale programs for automotive and higher-education clients. At BibRave, he supports high-impact experiential campaigns for national partners, overseeing concept development, vendor relations, and production logistics.
