ASICS Los Angeles Marathon Welcomes RunDot as the Official Digital Training Platform

January 9, 2026

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (January 9, 2026) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ RunDot, the only native-AI adaptive run-training technology, has joined The McCourt Foundation as the official digital training platform for the ASICS Los Angeles Marathon & LA 5K, the Santa Monica Classic, LA Road Runners, and the Rose Bowl Half Marathon & 5K.  Through this partnership, runners of all experience levels will have access to personalized training support as they prepare for race day. The RunDot app is available for download for iOS on the App store and on Google Play.

All registered participants will receive a complimentary trial of RunDot to support their training for the ASICS LA Marathon. RunDot will also provide education opportunities to help engage and inform athletes throughout their training journey.

RunDot takes runners beyond generic mileage charts and fixed plans, and creates training that shifts and adjusts in real time. Powered by FitLogic™, RunDot leverages over 20 years of research and a proprietary dataset to deliver personalized training that adapts to each athlete’s unique physiology, schedule, and goals. It even adjusts training based on environmental factors like heat, elevation, and humidity, which have an effect on performance. By syncing with GPS watches, health trackers, and heart-rate monitors, it helps runners understand their data and turn every workout into meaningful progress.

“Our LA Road Runners Coaches will also utilize RunDot’s technology to assist with their coaching techniques in making sure members are training at their correct pace, said Karen O’Connell, the McCourt Foundation’s head of sponsorship. “Together, The McCourt Foundation and RunDot look forward to delivering a training experience that supports every runner from the first step of their journey to the finish line.”

“We’re excited to partner with The McCourt Foundation to bring optimized training to runners across all of these incredible events,” said Jeff Booher, CEO of Predictive Fitness and creator of FitLogic. “RunDot uses purpose-built AI to help runners achieve better results in less time with reduced injury risk. Our athletes experience substantially better race performance while training up to 30% less than conventional programswhether they’re training for their first 5K or chasing a marathon PR. Every runner deserves access to training that actually works for them.”

The ASICS Los Angeles Marathon returns on March 8, and is expected to draw over 25,000 runners. Participants will begin their journey at Dodger Stadium, traveling 26.2 miles through iconic LA neighborhoods to a triumphant finish near the Avenue of the Stars in Century City. The marathon weekend kicks off with a two-day Lifestyle Expo and the LA 5K, both taking place at Dodger Stadium.
