Ashworth Awards Appoints Morgan Ashworth as Chief Operating Officer & Transitions Her to Acting Sales Manager

North Attleboro, MA (September 26, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Ashworth Awards is proud to announce the advancement of Morgan Ashworth into the position of Chief Operating Officer. In addition to her elevated position, Morgan Ashworth doubles as Acting Sales Manager, leading the charge to serve customers by aligning organizational capabilities, research & development efforts, and innovation with customers’ wants and needs.

Morgan has been an integral part of the company for many years, contributing to both the Human Resources function and leadership of the Manufacturing Team. A graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and concentrations in Philosophy and Political Science, Morgan has continued to advance her education while growing with the company. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial- Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Legal Studies in Business and Human Resources from Northeastern University.

In her new role, Morgan will oversee and coach Ashworth Awards’ onsite and remote sales representatives while also developing procedures to enhance efficiency across both domestic and international production facilities.
