Former Girls on the Run Participant Launches National Running Day Fundraiser to Give Back to the Program That Inspired Her
June 3, 2026

South Hadley, Massachusetts (June 3, 2026) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Running With Grace, the mantra bracelet company founded by 14 year old runner Grace Cooney, is proud to announce a special partnership with Girls on the Run in celebration of National Running Day.
Throughout the month of June, Running With Grace will donate 20% of all bracelet sales to Girls on the Run, supporting programs that help girls build confidence, develop healthy habits, and recognize their limitless potential.
For founder Grace Cooney, this partnership is deeply personal.
Before becoming a high school cross country and track athlete, Grace participated in Girls on the Run, where she learned lessons about confidence, courage, kindness, and perseverance that continue to guide her today.
“Girls on the Run helped teach me that I could do hard things,” said Grace. “The program gave me confidence and helped me believe in myself. I’m excited to partner with Girls on the Run and help inspire younger girls the same way the program inspired me.”
What began as a simple mother daughter project creating bracelets for teammates, friends, and family has grown into Running With Grace, a brand centered around positive reminders that help people navigate challenges, celebrate accomplishments, and pursue their goals with confidence.
The partnership represents a full circle moment for Grace, who now hopes to encourage the next generation of Girls on the Run participants through messages such as Be Brave, I Am Strong, Believe, Courage, Yet, and I Belong.
“Our mission has always been about helping people carry confidence with them wherever they go,” said Grace. “Girls on the Run does exactly that for young girls every day.”
Running With Grace has set a goal of raising $5,000 during the month of June through bracelet sales, with proceeds supporting Girls on the Run programming and helping more girls access opportunities that build confidence, connection, and lifelong healthy habits.
The special Girls on the Run Collection is available throughout June, with every purchase contributing directly to the fundraising effort.
