2020 Bicycle Leadership Conference Going Virtual

July 1, 2020

2021 BLC Dates and Location Announced

BOULDER, Colo. (July 1, 2020) — The 2020 Bicycle Leadership Conference (BLC), which had been rescheduled to Sept. 29 – Oct. 1, will move to an online interactive “Virtual BLC” due to COVID-19.

The Virtual BLC will provide inspirational keynotes, powerful ideas and the latest data to help bike industry leaders thrive today and into the future. Business has changed dramatically in the last four months, and the Virtual BLC’s agenda will reflect this new world and address the current challenges we’re all facing together.

2020 Virtual BLC Sept. 29-Oct. 1

The Virtual BLC will take place from 9 – 11:30 a.m. PT over the original fall BLC dates (Sept. 29 – Oct. 1, 2020), offering keynotes, webinars, presentations and conversation each morning. The Virtual BLC registration and agenda will be available mid-summer. Save the dates and let PeopleForBikes know what topics you would like to see prioritized by completing this short survey (https://bit.ly/BLConlineSurvey).

Two keynote speakers from the fall 2020 BLC will carry over to the Virtual BLC — Birkenstock CEO David Kahan and StoryBrand’s Kristin Spiotto. The agenda will also feature diversity, equity and inclusion in the bike industry, e-bike market adoption, sales and ridership data, and continuing the momentum of the current boom in bicycling.

2021 BLC in Santa Cruz April 12-14

PeopleForBikes is excited to announce that the 2021 BLC will be held April 12 – 14, 2021 at the Chaminade Resort and Spa in Santa Cruz, California.
