“CapCenter is honored to work with the Virginia Capital Trail and sponsor this year’s Cap2Cap,” says Ilya Kleyman, Senior Director, Marketing at CapCenter. “As a company with deep, decades long roots in the community around the Trail itself, we’ve always been enthusiastic supporters of the Foundation’s mission and are excited to field a team of riders for the event!”

Distance options include the Cap Trail Century Ride, Virginia Credit Union Half Century, Cap Trail Quarter Century, or the 7 to 10-mile Sentara Family Fun Ride. There is also a new 2-Day Challenge for cyclists seeking an additional challenge. Each ride offers beautiful scenic views along the paved Virginia Capital Trail that is separated from vehicle traffic. Registration includes an event bib, t-shirt, water bottle, drawstring bag, one raffle entry, and a 10% discount code to the online Trail store. Commemorative Bingo Beer Cap2Cap jerseys are also available for purchase. Registration fees range from $35 to $80 with a price increase on February 7. All proceeds benefit the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation.

“We are thrilled to continue the Cap2Cap tradition on the Virginia Capital Trail, encouraging riders and families to get active in the outdoors, while creating a unique, custom experience for our riders that brings the whole community together,” shares Cat Anthony, Executive Director of the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation.
