UBS announced as official partner for Supertri League Jersey

August 6, 2025

London, UK (August 6, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ Supertri is proud to announce UBS Global Wealth Management as an official partner for the Supertri League event taking place in Jersey on Sunday 21 September 2025.

Built on shared values of innovation and a drive to create a lasting, positive impact within the community, the collaboration presents an opportunity to align Supertri’s world-class racing with UBS’s strong local presence. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to performance, purpose and positive impact, both on and off the course.

Four years ago, Supertri did more than just put Jersey on the global sporting map, the event helped boost tourism and the local economy and promoted healthier lifestyles within the community. UBS is aiming to build upon that legacy with their sponsorship of this year’s event, encouraging more community involvement and inspiring more islanders to become physically active.

Tobias Wehrli, Country Head Jersey at UBS Global Wealth Management, said: “UBS is proud to sponsor the Supertri League event, in what promises to be one of the most exciting weekends of the year. This event is about more than just sport, it aligns with Jersey’s “Inspiring an Active Jersey” initiative, aiming to increase physical activity, community participation, and inspire the next generation. We look forward to welcoming the best short-course triathletes in the world for an unforgettable sporting spectacle in our beautiful coastal setting, showcasing our island’s potential as a global stage.”

Michael D’hulst, CEO and Co-Founder of Supertri, said: “We are excited to partner with UBS for our Supertri League event in Jersey. This collaboration brings together two organisations who share a commitment to excellence, community and purpose. UBS’s presence on the island presents a fantastic opportunity to work together across a number of areas, supporting their client objectives while helping to deliver meaningful local engagement.”

Supertri League Jersey will bring the world’s best short-course triathletes to the island for a fast, thrilling and spectator-friendly event on 21 September 2025. UBS’s partnership strengthens Supertri’s mission to deliver world-class sport while fostering lasting community connection.
