January 30, 2026

A milestone anniversary event bringing cyclists together for a fully supported ride through Santa Barbara
Santa Barbara, CA /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Cyclists from across California and beyond will return to the Central Coast this fall for the 15th Annual Ride Santa Barbara 100, taking place on October 17, 2026.
This milestone year also marks Ride Santa Barbara 100’s designation as an Official Recumbent Granfondo World Series Event, welcoming recumbent cyclists from around the world to participate in the international series while experiencing Santa Barbara’s iconic coastline, vineyard valleys, and mountain terrain.
Since its inception, Ride Santa Barbara 100 has grown into one of Southern California’s most anticipated cycling events, offering a fully supported and thoughtfully designed ride experience for cyclists of varying experience levels. Anchored by its signature 100-mile route, the event provides multiple distance options that allow riders to choose a challenge that fits their goals while taking in the beauty of the Central Coast.
“Reaching our 15th year is a meaningful milestone for Ride Santa Barbara 100,” said Megan Allen, Marketing Manager at Easy Day Sports. “What truly defines this ride is the community around it — riders who return year after year, support one another on the road, and come together to share an unforgettable day of cycling in Santa Barbara.”
The Ride Experience
Riders can expect professionally marked courses, fully stocked rest stops, on-course support, and a celebratory finish-line experience. Post-ride, participants are invited to relax and celebrate in the finish-line beer garden, creating a welcoming space to refuel, connect, and enjoy the accomplishment of the day.
