Lindsey Dwyer Crowned Overall Champion

Granite Bay / Folsom Lake, CA (November 13, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/  – The trails were alive with energy this past weekend as the Rio Del Lago Endurance Runs presented by Altra delivered a record-breaking 2025 edition. With pristine weather, an epic ambiance, and fierce competition, runners, volunteers, and spectators experienced an unforgettable celebration of endurance and community.

100-Miler Highlights

In the marquee 100-mile event, trail standout Lindsey Dwyer of Larkspur, CA, delivered a historic performance — taking the overall win in 15:51:35, shattering the previous women’s course record and finishing ahead of the entire field. Her performance marked one of the most dominant victories in Rio Del Lago’s 24-year history and set a new standard for the race’s future.

On the men’s side, Kyle Roberts captured the men’s 100-mile title with a strong and steady performance, finishing in 16:58:35.

50K Highlights

In the 50K race, Brian Miller blazed through the course in 4:08:22, leading the men’s field with precision and strength on a picture-perfect fall day. Jennifer Solano Obando captured the women’s victory in 4:33:28, highlighting endurance and consistency on the rolling trails around Folsom and Lake Natoma.

Epic Ambiance and Ideal Conditions

With golden fall light reflecting off Folsom Lake and crisp autumn air guiding runners through historic trails, the atmosphere was nothing short of epic. From the sunrise start at Beal’s Point to the roar of the finish line in Granite Bay, the weekend embodied the spirit of community, perseverance, and joy that defines Rio Del Lago.
