November 27, 2025

London, UK (November 27, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/The Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) is proud to announce a new partnership with Katara Hospitality, one of the world’s leading hotel owners, developers and operators, as an ‘Official Partner of the 2025 Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final’, taking place in Doha from 10-13 December, 2025.

Qatar is set to host the final event of the T100 Triathlon World Tour from 2025 to 2029 – the result of a collaboration between the Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO), Visit Qatar, World Triathlon and Qatar Triathlon Federation, following an announcement at the start of 2025, which has seen the season-long series become known as the T100 Race to Qatar.

As Qatar prepares to host the first-ever T100 Triathlon World Championship Final, Katara Hospitality will play a pivotal role in supporting this landmark international sporting event. Through Katara Hospitality’s renowned Ritz-Carlton, Doha and Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha hotels, they will provide premium accommodation for professional athletes, amateur athletes, and play a part in hosting premium experiences throughout the championship week.

It will also host an exclusive business networking event for senior executives, investors, and sports industry leaders at one of its flagship Doha hotels, demonstrating a commitment to advancing Qatar’s position as a global hub for major international events. The event will bring together influential figures from across sport, business and tourism, underscoring the growing synergy between elite sport and global hospitality.

“We’re excited to announce this partnership with Katara Hospitality,” said Stuart Ramsey, Chief Commercial Officer of the PTO. “Katara Hospitality’s global reputation for excellence and their vision for promoting Qatar as a destination for world-class experiences aligns perfectly with the ambition of the T100 Triathlon World Tour. Together, we’re creating an event that celebrates not only athletic performance but also Qatar’s exceptional hospitality and business leadership.”

Building on a growing global relationship, Katara Hospitality has already partnered with the PTO to deliver premium experiences at other international events – including the London T100 Business Breakfast at The Savoy, one of Katara Hospitality’s most iconic global properties.

“We are honoured to partner with the Professional Triathletes Organisation for the inaugural Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final,” said Sheikh Abdulrahman Al -Thani, from Marketing & Communications at Katara Hospitality. “This partnership reflects our long-standing commitment to showcasing Qatar’s world-class hospitality and creating experiences that unite sport, tourism and business on a global stage. Hosting the world’s best athletes and leaders in Doha further reinforces Qatar’s reputation as a premier destination for excellence, innovation and cultural exchange.”

Aligned with Qatar’s National Vision 2030, Katara Hospitality is also committed to advancing sustainable tourism and responsible event management. Across its properties, the company continues to champion eco-conscious initiatives, from energy efficiency to waste reduction, ensuring that every major event contributes positively to the environment and the community. The partnership with the PTO exemplifies this shared vision of delivering an event that leaves a lasting sporting and social legacy for Qatar.

With a presence in over 195 global broadcast territories, the Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final will not only highlight elite athletic competition but also shine a spotlight on Qatar’s luxury tourism and hospitality sector – a key pillar of the country’s long-term economic and cultural strategy. In September, the PTO and Visit Qatar announced that Lusail will be the venue for this event.
