Nearly 2,000 Cyclists Cross Finish Line at Sold Out Life Time Lutsen 99er presented by Visit Cook County

Participants represented 42 states and four countries; Winners from Minnesota, Wisconsin and Canada
Lutsen, Minn., (June 28, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Life Time (NYSE: LTH), the nation’s premier healthy lifestyle brand and producer of nearly 30 iconic athletic events, welcomed more than 2,000 cyclists to Minnesota’s North Shore for the 2025 Life Time Lutsen 99er presented by Visit Cook County this weekend. The fourteenth annual event saw participants from ages two to 77 take on one of five events, including the 29, 45, 59 and signature 99-mile distance, as well as kids races.
The event returned to the beautiful Superior National Golf course for both the start and finish, while also expanding the adventure with fresh route sections through the stunning Superior National Forest and Sawtooth Mountains. Participants traveled from 42 states and four countries to experience the unparalleled views and terrain of the North Shore of Lake Superior.

The Life Time Lutsen 99er is a qualifier for the Life Time Leadville Trail 100 MTB. Athletes who finished the in the 99-mile race were eligible to earn a qualifier coin to the world-renowned mountain bike race in Leadville, Colorado. The coins were distributed based on overall, age group, and division performance, as well as an event lottery during the awards ceremony.
The Life Time Lutsen 99er is a part of nearly 30 premier athletic events owned and produced by Life Time, including the Miami Marathon, UNBOUND Gravel, the Sea Otter Classic, and Big Sugar Gravel.
