Since 1998, INDO Board has been the leading and most iconic brand of balance boards in the action sports world. Originating from surf, skate, and wakeboard cultures, INDO Board serves as an indoor training tool that has become popular among athletes, including Olympic and World Champions, across various sports.

INDO Board is affiliated with ElliptiGo, Inc. (www.elliptigo.com) which was founded in 2008 with the mission of launching the elliptical bicycle industry. In the seventeen years since, we have established ElliptiGO as the brand leader in that industry by selling more than 40,000 bikes to customers around the world. With the accelerating growth of longevity research and understanding, we have expanded our product portfolio to support other aspects of healthy aging beyond cardiovascular fitness. We recently secured the exclusive distributorship for North America for GIBBON, the world leader in slacklining and a company that has been training balance athletes since 2007. In 2022 we launched the GIBBON SlackBoard in North America (www.giboardus.com). The Giboard has grown from $3.1 million in 2023 to more than $14 million in revenue in 2024, and is on pace to more than double revenues again in 2025. In April, we acquired all of the assets of INDO Board, the leader in roller-based balance boards, and are currently building the INDO Board team.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Strategic Marketing Manager for INDO Board. This person must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and is willing and able to perform the many different tasks required in a fast-moving small company environment. This person will lead the execution of the marketing plan and maximize the impact of our marketing resources to increase awareness and generate demand for INDO Board products. In addition, the Strategic Marketing Manager will support and help drive efforts to improve conversion across all sales channels. Job Responsibilities

Develop Marketing Strategies – Create and implement marketing plans that align with business goals, target audiences, and market trends.

Lead Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns – Plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid marketing campaigns across digital, search, social media, email, SEO, influencers/affiliates, ambassadors, and traditional platforms. Translate annual marketing plan into a comprehensive marketing calendar detailing tactical actions and campaigns per marketing channel on a weekly basis.

Content Management – plan, manage, and execute the creation of content to be used across all marketing channels (social, search, website, email).

Foster Customer Engagement & Community Building – Design campaigns and programs that bolster one of our strongest assets – our customers.

Monitor KPIs & Marketing Analytics– Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Communications – Oversee all communications with potential and current customers including website look, feel and tone; ensure consistent communications that are aligned with the brand voice.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
– Seven to ten years of marketing experience, preferably with consumer products
– Motivated, self-managed and reliable
– Strong data analytic skills to make actionable decisions from a variety of data sources
– Strong organization and project management skills
– Familiarity with Google Apps, MS Office Apps and CRM/ERP Systems
– Advanced understanding of a variety of marketing tools, including Meta Business Suite, Google
– Analytics, Google Adwords, Klaviyo, and Shopify
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Authentic commitment to an active outdoor lifestyle is a requirement
