(LOS ANGELES) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – The Venice Beach Half Marathon & 5k, produced by Generic Events, has announced goodr as presenting partner for the weekend of events.
The Venice Beach Half Marathon & 5k debuted in 2025 to a sold out crowd of 3,500 attendees. The unique event takes runners and walkers along Ocean Front Walk, Venice Boulevard, Abbot Kinney Boulevard and past historical locations such as Muscle Beach and the Venice Canals, before finishing under the historic Venice sign.

The event is designed to showcase the best of Venice, raise money for local schools, and provide the opportunity to tour one of the most unique communities in Los Angeles. There will be multiple entertainment stops along the route including singing gondoliers at the Venice Canals and a Grease performance at Venice High School, where the movie was filmed.
After finishing, participants are treated to an unbelieved post event festival at Windward Plaza, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Venice Skate Park. The event day finishes out with an electric live performance of a Doors cover band, as the Doors resided in Venice in the 1970s.
Participants are encouraged to join fundraising teams for their local schools and prizes will be awarded to the school with the most students attending. This year, the fundraising goal for booster clubs at Venice and Mar Vista Schools is $25,000.
