Dirt Circus Heads to Atlanta In Partnership with Big Peach Running Co. South Fulton

March 25, 2026

Atlanta, GA (March 25, 2026) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ — Dirt Circus, the trail running event series built around connection, races, and community is coming to Atlanta, Georgia. In collaboration with Big Peach Running Co.’s South Fulton location, the event will bring together runners from across the region for an evening focused on the people, races, and spirit that define trail running in and around Atlanta.

Atlanta’s running scene is one of the most dynamic in the country, with a growing number of athletes finding their way from roads to trails. Dirt Circus is excited to share and reflect that energy by creating a space where runners can connect, learn about local races, share experiences, and discover new opportunities to get involved in the local trail community.

“Atlanta has such a strong sense of community around running,” said Carrie Meng, Dirt Circus Event Director. “We’re excited to spend time with runners here, hear their stories, and help shine a light on the trails and races that make this region unique.”

What began as a grassroots gathering has grown into a nationally recognized series, with each event drawing approximately 200–500 attendees. Despite its growth, Dirt Circus remains intentionally local in spirit, adapting to the unique character of each host city while strengthening the connective tissue of the broader trail running ecosystem.

Each Dirt Circus event is produced in close collaboration with a local running store, reinforcing the importance of specialty retail as hubs for community engagement. The programming highlights nearby trail races and the people behind them, helping runners discover events they may not otherwise encounter and giving race organizers a direct, authentic way to connect with their audience.

The Atlanta event is only possible through a partnership with Big Peach Running Co. in South Fulton, a cornerstone of the local running community. Known for its welcoming approach and deep local roots, Big Peach provides an ideal setting to bring runners together in a way that feels authentic and accessible.

“At Big Peach South Fulton, we’re always looking for ways to bring people together through movement,” said Ric Ross, owner of Big Peach Running Co. South Fulton. “Introducing trail running is a natural next step giving our community a chance to explore, connect, and experience running in a whole new way.”

Attendees can expect all the typical excitement of Dirt Circus in a fun evening format. There will be a group run, demos, an expo showcasing local races and community groups, and incredible raffle with dozens of prizes. Plan adequate time to mingle, make new friends, and strike up a conversation with local race organizers. Whether new to trail running or deeply experienced, participants will find a welcoming space to connect and be inspired.
