Diplo’s Run Club Returns To San Francisco This Fall with a New Date and a New Venue

San Francisco, CA – August 20, 2025 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Diplo’s Run Club is returning to the Bay Area with a brand new date and iconic new location. The popular 5K and post-race music experience, originally planned for Pier 30 & 32, will now take place on Saturday, October 11 at Robin Williams Meadow in Golden Gate Park.

The venue change comes in collaboration with the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department, offering participants a scenic new route through one of the city’s most beloved landmarks. After drawing more than 15,000 runners and music fans in its Bay Area debut last year, Diplo’s Run Club promises an unforgettable fitness-meets-festival experience in the heart of San Francisco.

“Starting Diplo’s Run Club in San Francisco last year was some of the most fun I’ve had in a long time,” said Diplo. “Bringing so many people together to run and celebrate is really all I ever want to do. I’m stoked to bring it back this fall at Golden Gate Park with the support of San Francisco Recreation and Parks.”

Diplo, a three-time Grammy Award winner, will participate in the 5K run before performing a live DJ set for participants. Fitness has long been a part of Diplo’s lifestyle, and Diplo’s Run Club merges music and movement in a family-friendly, daytime experience.

The event supports local youth organizations in the Bay Area through a partnership with Good Sports and PLUS1. The race begins at 8:30am, followed by the finish line festival and live music performance.
