CLASH Endurance Daytona 2025 Set For This Coming Weekend

WHO: More than 2,000 athletes representing more than 11 countries and 40 states alongside 1,000 spectators and 300 volunteers. Participants will range in age from 4 to 70 years young.

WHAT: Each year, CLASH Endurance draws thousands of competitors and spectators to Daytona for a family-friendly weekend comprised of triathlons, duathlons, cycling and swimming events ranging in distance, in addition to a wellness expo with live music, vendors and food. On Friday evening, the Grinch and Volusia County Sheriff, Mike Chitwood, will kick off the festivities as runners/walkers sport their favorite holiday attire for a 5K Jingle Jog through more than 1 million holiday lights starting and finishing at One Daytona.

New to this year’s schedule is a Swim Across America – Daytona open water charity swim where participants of all ages will have the opportunity to swim alongside notable Olympians in an inspirational one-mile swim or a 100-meter Dolphin Dash with funds raised supporting critical pediatric cancer research. Funds raised will support Swim Across America pediatric cancer grants in collaboration with CLASH Endurance’ philanthropic partner, The NASCAR Foundation. Paige Zemina Northcutt (USA, 1988 Olympic Bronze Medalist and 12-time All American), Craig Beardsley (USA, 1980 Olympics and 1980s world-record holder in 200-meter butterfly) and Jarrod Shoemaker (USA, Professional Triathlete, 2008 Olympian and ITU World Champion) will be among this year’s participating Olympians.

WHERE: The iconic Daytona International Speedway® and One Daytona

A variety of inspirational athletes will experience the iconic speedway including 1% Better Team member and dedicated advocate for athletes with invisible exceptionalities and second athlete with Autism to complete an IRONMAN, Floridian Christian Loafman; Miami Gardens PD Captain D. Hedrick who will complete the Redline Relay alongside local underprivileged youth she coaches toward a healthier lifestyle and weekend warrior Bryan Elliott, Sr. Manager at Daytona International Speedway who competes in honor of his Army CPT brother who lost his life during special forces training.
