Brooks Running Signs On As Official Footwear and Apparel Partner of the Phoenix Marathon

Two-year deal adds value, enhances experience for participants throughout race weekend
PHOENIX, Ariz./ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – The Phoenix Marathon, which returns Dec. 12, has announced a new partnership with Brooks Running. The market-leading performance running brand has penned a two-year deal with the event, and will be the Official Footwear and Apparel Partner of the Phoenix Marathon. Runners, spectators and locals will benefit from new race weekend activations planned for the expo and finish line festival spearheaded by Brooks Running, as well as year-round engagements planned to extend the impact beyond race weekend. Together, the brand and the event have committed to elevating local retail partners, including Sole Sports, who has been serving runners in the Valley since 2007.

The sponsorship comes on the heels of a successful inaugural running just a couple of months ago, which hosted a sold-out field of over 7,200 registered runners from all 50 states, as well as over 12 countries. The Phoenix Marathon weekend features three distances: a 26.2-mile marathon, a 13.1-mile half marathon and a 10K. The race course tours runners through the City of Phoenix, showcasing the Valley of the Sun. Registration for the 2026 edition is open, and is expected to sell out once again this year.
