Movemint Continues Partnership with For All Mothers+ to Advance Nonprofit’s MomForward Movement

How Movemint is helping For All Mothers+ bring the MomForward Movement to communities across the country

San Francisco / ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE / — Movemint, the event technology platform built for endurance sports, today announced the continuation of its partnership with For All Mothers+, a nonprofit working at the intersection of motherhood and sports to dismantle systemic barriers and build an equitable society for all mothers to thrive. As part of this collaboration, Movemint is powering registration for the MomForward Movement, a nationwide series of virtual and locally-hosted events running May 1–11, and working with For All Mothers+ to tag and filter events so parents can more easily find family-friendly races.

Every year, For All Mothers+ hosts a nationwide event promoting movement as a form of advocacy and raising awareness around the Motherhood Penalty that athletes face when they become mothers. This year, participation is free for any in-person event, with donations welcome to support For All Mothers+’ maternal equity programs. Virtual registration is also available for mom allies to show support from anywhere.

On Saturday, May 2, Road Runner Sports in Berkeley will host the MomForward Movement Kickoff, where Olympian and For All Mothers+ Founder Alysia Montaño will lead a warmup and community run/walk. Artist Ceyda Alazar will also be present to autograph prints and merchandise from this year’s collaboration. Select raffle prizes will be awarded onsite, and participants are invited to buy virtual raffle tickets for a chance to win one of the grand prizes offered by the movement’s sponsors, including: Gu, Hettas, Joie, MiiR, Oiselle, The Little Milk Bar, and TwentySixDiamond (collective value: $2,000+).

Registration is now open on Movemint. Participants can also donate directly to For All Mothers+ and purchase virtual raffle tickets via the platform.
