Date set for DATEV Challenge Roth 2027

- Race remains on the first weekend in July
- The world’s largest long-distance triathlon, the DATEV Challenge Roth, will take place on 4 July 2027, remaining on the first weekend in July as usual.
January 9, 2026 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – In a well-established and proven coordination process, TEAMCHALLENGE and Ironman Germany have once again jointly set the dates for the most important German long-distance races. This close coordination ensures that athletes, media, triathlon fans and expo exhibitors can plan ahead reliably.
Race director Felix Walchshöfer emphasises the importance of this cooperation:
‘Clear coordination of the dates for the major German triathlon races is crucial. My special thanks go to Felix Eing from Ironman for the always constructive exchange. The coordination between Ironman and us has been working excellently for many years. A big thank you also goes to the local authorities involved for their continuous support. Only together can we offer triathlon fans in Germany and worldwide the best possible experience.’
Registration dates for DATEV Challenge Roth 2027 announced
Registration for DATEV Challenge Roth 2027 has also already been scheduled:
On-site registration for the 2027 race will take place on 6 July 2026 – the day after the event. Online registration will open on 13 July 2026. For those who are unable to secure a place, TEAMCHALLENGE will once again offer the popular Late Entry Draw, through which the remaining starting places will be allocated.
As every year, the 2026 race on 5 July was fully booked within seconds.
