Leadville, CO., (July 14, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Life Time (NYSE: LTH), the nation’s premier healthy lifestyle brand, welcomed more than 2,200 endurance athletes to Leadville, Colorado this weekend for a second weekend of Leadville Race Series events: the Life Time Silver Rush 50 Run presented by La Sportiva and the Life Time Silver Rush 50 MTB Presented by Kenetik. Participants traveled from 49 states and 16 countries to test their physical limits in two of the series’ most intense and majestic races.

Silver Rush 50-mile Trail Run and MTB participants conquered an out-and-back course with 8,000 feet of elevation gain, taking them through Leadville’s historic mining district. Reaching a high point of over 12,000 feet, the Silver Rush 50 courses pack the most punch per mile of any of the series’ events. This year, 80 athletes took on the challenge of participating in both 50-mile events in pursuit of earning the title of Silver King and Silver Queen. Results of this ultimate endurance challenge are available here.

The weekend also featured 15-mile run and mountain bike races, which started and finished on the same 50-mile course and offered an elevation gain of more than 1,600 feet. The Silver Rush Juniors 5K Run also returned for a third year and gave runners ages 10-18 the opportunity to take part in the weekend festivities and try out Leadville’s high-altitude trail running.

“The Silver Rush 50 weekend brings to life our goal of empowering healthy, happy lives through challenging athletic experiences,” said Amanda Kussin, Leadville Race Series marketing manager. “From our junior participants to those taking on the Silver King & Queen event, there is a challenge to test everyone’s potential.”
