11 New England charities selected for $27,500 in Finish Strong Foundation Grants

Mission-aligned programs awarded funding by Dave McGillivray’s nonprofit
BOSTON, Mass. (May 28, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – After receiving a record number of applications, the Dave McGillivray Finish Strong Foundation’s board of directors and grant committee have announced their latest round of grant awards. Over $27,500 in funding will be given to support programming focused on one or more of the Finish Strong Foundation’s mission elements: children’s physical fitness, education and social-emotional learning.
The list of spring 2025 grant recipients includes:

- Beyond Soccer
- ConnectiKids Inc
- Youth Enrichment Services, Inc.
- Danny’s Place
- Dream Big!
- The3PointFoundation, Inc.
- Day Dreaming Organization Inc.
- Understanding Our Differences
- Action Centered Tutoring Services
“Each of the amazing organizations selected have unique ways that they inspire and engage young people in our region,” said Laurita Kaigler-Crawlle, executive director of the Finish Strong Foundation. “We offer each of them our sincere congratulations, and our leadership looks forward to finding new ways to grow and elevate this program in our upcoming request for applications.”
All organizations are based in New England, the foundation’s primary regional focus. Applicants were able to request up to $5,000 to support their programming.
