Veteran Endurance Sports Executive Ryan Dawkins Launches Mascot Sports

San Francisco sports marketing company brings together athletes, brands and live events

February 23, 2017 (SAN FRANCISCO) – Veteran endurance sports executive Ryan Dawkins today announced the launch of Mascot Sports, a San Francisco-based sponsorship and experiential marketing company focused on bringing together athletes, brands, and live events. Representing top-tier clients in the areas of sponsorship consulting, marketing, digital media, and athlete integration, Mascot’s partners include Spartan Race, AEG, L.A. Marathon, Clorox, IndyCar driver TJ Fischer, and former professional cyclist and four-time U.S. National Champion “Fast” Freddie Rodriguez, among others.

In 2012, Project Sport sold a portfolio event to the Competitor Group, which later became Rock ‘n’ Roll San Francisco. In 2014, Project Sport was then acquired by OmniForce, LLC.

Mascot marks Dawkins’ entrepreneurial return to the industry after 15 months of private consulting and incubating the new venture.
