An accomplished group of product engineers, developers and designers have joined the team.
(Salt Lake City, UT — October 1, 2018) – Trust Performance, a company recently announced by industry veterans Dave Weagle, Jason Schiers and Hap Seliga, released additional details around key members of their US- and Taiwan based team of nearly 20 people.
Since formally incorporating in 2015, Trust Performance has attracted an elite team of product engineers, developers and industry veterans. Staff announcements include Jeremiah Starkey, Matt Timmerman, Joey Solomon and Mike Giese.
“We are elated and incredibly fortunate to have assembled the team we have,” stated Trust Performance CEO, Hap Seliga. “Their combined centuries of industry experience have enabled us to mature quickly as a company, putting us on firm footing for what is sure to be an incredible journey in the years to come.”
The team announcement reflects a talented group of product engineers, developers and designers:
- Jeremiah Starkey is an experienced industry engineer who spent more than eight years with SRAM before joining the Selle Royal Group. At SRAM he was an important part of enhancing everything from customer service to developing key products. Starkey serves as the Director of Research and Development.
- Matt Timmerman is a veteran product developer and former supercross technician who joined the team at Trust Performance after four years at Progressive Suspension, and nearly eight years with Cannondale where he was a member of their R&D team. He is an accomplished downhiller, and also the 2016 & 2017 Masters Cyclocross National Champion.
- Joey Solomon is an engineer by trade and a veteran of Cannondale / Cycling Sports Group, previously as R&D Manager of Manufacturing Operations. He is Director of Asia Operations for Trust Performance and oversees its Taichung headquarters. He has been living and working in Taiwan for over eight years.
- Mike Giese is Trust Performance’s Industrial and Visual Designer. A former professional motocross racer turned professional mountain biker and berm destroyer, Giese joined the team from Jett Development Group.
Trust Performance operations, design and engineering staff are headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah and the company operates its own production facility in Taichung, Taiwan.
