Leveraging Technology for 2nd Year With Focus on Personalizing The Athlete Experience

Denver, Colorado – January 11, 2019 – Motigo, the pioneer in delivering personalized audio to athletes during their activities and races, continues its quest to personalize the runner experience this time with Team in Training at this weekend’s Disney Marathon Weekend. At the core, the activation will use Motigo’s new Photo Madlibs platform so that those running for Team in Training can create personalized, subtly branded, socially shareable images to convey the emotions behind their run and their personal fundraising effort to end blood cancers.

Runners can participate in the Photo Madlibs experience at using their own photos along with the custom fill-in-the-blank statements to create their tile which will post to the community photo wall. From there, they can amplify their message and that of Team in Training by easily sharing across Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

To supplement the activation, all Disney Marathon Weekend runners will also be able to the Motigo app (at no charge) to hear in-race messages of support from friends, family, and donors. Along the way, they will be empowered by Team in Training with a few special messages planned at certain points along the course, helping runners dig deep and ensuring they fight to the finish.
