(Moorestown, NJ) – RunSignUp has released Marketplace, a new hub for race directors and timers to connect with dozens of vendors and services that can increase the value of their events. To build Marketplace, RunSignUp partnered with independent businesses to create a vibrant community of options for their customers, inspiring their events to think outside the traditional endurance channels.
RunSignUp is an open platform, focusing on providing maximum choice to endurance professionals – this means allowing races to use the RunSignUp tools that fit their event, while making it easy for them to use outside services when they choose. As the largest endurance registration provider, many vendors are eager to connect with the RunSignUp customer base and introduce them to their products. With Marketplace, RunSignUp expands the universe of available choices by linking to recommending technology and service providers to fill gaps in their events.
Currently, Marketplace is broken into eight categories:
- Training & Safety
- Timing & RaceDay
- National Organizations & Memberships
- Race Gear
Marketplace will grow over time, but will remain a carefully curated, selective list of vendors that partner with RunSignUp and meet a set of criteria. To view Marketplace and engage with service providers, race directors can simply navigate to the “Marketplace” tab on their race dashboard menu.
