Moorestown, NJ – RunSignUp has upgraded their new Sponsor Management Platform to include the ability to track and invoice sponsors. These updates make it simple for a race director to see the status of each sponsor, invoice sponsors, renew sponsors from year to year, and view sponsor financial reports, all from their Sponsor Management page.
With the new release, the status of each sponsor can be seen for three status levels:
- Visible: whether the sponsor logo is visible on your race website
- Commitment: what level of commitment you have from your sponsor
- Payment: whether the sponsor has paid
Sponsors can then be invoiced, with any past payments recorded and tracked and new invoices generated from each sponsor page. Races can have sponsors pay directly through the system (and can determine who pays the processing fee) with the payments recorded automatically, or accept check payments and mark them as paid manually. The financial reporting section then lets a race director view all payments and invoices collectively. For consistency and streamlining, a race can then renew their sponsors from year to year to reset their status without clearing out previous information on them.
The new Sponsor Management Platform centralizes sponsor management to make it easy to incorporate sponsors into an event; features will be added to it throughout 2017. For more information on this release, visit: https://runsignup.wordpress.com/2017/03/03/tracking-and-invoicing-sponsors/.
