Moorestown, NJ – Race directors who use RunSignUp, the leading technology provider for races, can now find their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data centralized on their dashboard under a new dedicated menu item. The RunSignUp CRM is the core of the RunSignUp race management platform, allowing races to view participant history history, manage their participation, and initiate communications with all types of participants.
The current release includes a search to find participants across all races owned by a race director (or narrow the search to a single race) as well as list-building capabilities. From search, a race director can find:
- All current and historical participation for an individual: every race and year they have run, how many referrals they have made, and total funds donated or fundraised for your charity
- Controls to manage the registration of a participant
- An internal notes field race directors can use for important information or interactions with that participant
- The ability to create and save simple lists of specific participants
The search and list functionality in the CRM will expand over time, allowing races to build powerful, context-aware lists such as all people who used a coupon code or volunteered at a water stop the previous year. These lists will then be available to be used in Promotions as an easy way to create coupons to be emailed to a designated list or create a Facebook Custom Audience in a few clicks.
