Race Space Launches As The Growth Partner For Mass Participation Events
September 16, 2026

New proposition brings together the Race Space Accelerator, Racecheck and Race Space Platform to help mass participation events grow participation, revenue and long-term sustainability.
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM (SEPTEMBER 16, 2026) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Race Space has unveiled a new group proposition bringing together the Race Space Accelerator, Racecheck and the Race Space Platform under a single brand, creating a more integrated approach to growth for mass participation events.
The business now supports organisers across three critical areas of event growth: specialist marketing, registration technology and trusted participant reviews. The move follows the acquisition of Racecheck and reflects the continued evolution of Race Space from a technology provider into a broader growth partner for mass participation events.
The new proposition reflects the fragmented nature of the mass participation events market, where organisers have traditionally worked with separate providers for marketing, registration technology and participant reviews. Race Space is the only organisation in the market combining all three capabilities under one roof.
Bruno Noble, Managing Director of Race Space, said: “We have spent years working alongside race directors and seeing the same challenges play out time and again. Growing a mass participation event takes the right tools, the right data and the right expertise working together, and until now, organisers have had to piece that together themselves from multiple providers. Our aim is to change that by giving organisers access to a team that can support them across the entire participant journey, from the moment someone discovers their event to the point they come back the following year.”
At the heart of the proposition is the Race Space Accelerator, a performance-based marketing service in which a dedicated team of specialists works directly alongside individual event organisers to plan and deliver campaigns designed to grow event entries. Unlike traditional agency models, fees are linked directly to measurable growth, aligning the team’s success with that of the events it supports.
Racecheck is one of the most established review platforms in mass participation sport, with more than 120,000 participant reviews and relationships with over 1,500 event organisers globally. Racecheck Premium customers see an average 22 per cent increase in conversion rates and a 30x return on investment, helping organisers build credibility and trust through independent participant feedback.
The Race Space Platform is a registration and participant management system built specifically for mass participation events, designed to reduce friction in the registration process and maximise participant value throughout the customer journey.
The model is already delivering significant growth across a range of mass participation events. Accelerator partners have averaged more than 35 per cent registration growth in their first year, with individual events including English Riviera Festival (105 per cent), Maroondah Dam (93 per cent) and Brimbank Park (63 per cent).
Obstacle course racing series Born Survivor has also achieved record revenues since joining the programme, with its Cheshire event growing by 97 per cent. As part of the campaign, Race Space introduced a video-first social content strategy designed to increase reach, engagement and conversion, contributing to a 590 per cent increase in Facebook views and a 220 per cent increase in Instagram views.
Rob Arkell, Sales Director, Race Space, added: “Most race directors we speak to have poured years into building their events. They’re not simply businesses; they’re something organisers are incredibly proud of, so we recognise that trusting somebody else with their growth is a big decision. What Race Space now offers is something genuinely different: independent participant reviews that build trust, registration technology designed to convert that interest into entries, and a specialist marketing team focused entirely on growing mass participation events.
“Most importantly, our interests are aligned. Through the Accelerator, we share the risk with organisers and our success is directly tied to the growth we deliver. That changes the relationship from simply being another supplier to becoming a genuine growth partner.”
Neil Thubron, Race Director, XNRG, said: “The marketing Race Space has been doing is exactly what we’ve been looking for – the website, socials, down to the emails are all fantastic! They’re making a big difference and are performing well.”
Paul Griffin, Race Director, KP Events, said: “Race Space has definitely helped increase entry numbers. Comprehensive platform. Excellent customer support.”
