AT&T, Clif Bar, Craft, Gryphon, PNC Bank and Spirit Airlines Join as Official Sponsors of sold-out event
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Aug. 29, 2012 –The Nation’s Triathlon To Benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), the largest international distance triathlon in the U.S., today introduced new official sponsors for the 2012 event including AT&T, Clif Bar, Craft, Gryphon, PNC Bank and Spirit Airlines.
The international distance triathlon, taking place Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012in the nation’s capital, features a spectacular course that includes a 1.5k swim in the Potomac River, 40k bike course through downtown D.C., and a 10k run along Washington DC’s monument corridor adjacent to our nation’s best known memorials and historical landmarks.

The event has grown from a competition with less than 500 finishers in 2006 to being recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest International distance triathlon event in the Unites States.
