Fuel Goods launches free personalized Fueling Plans, kicking off fall race season campaign
July 17, 2026

ASHEVILLE, NC /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Fuel Goods, the trusted destination helping endurance athletes discover, plan, and shop the fuel that works for them, today launched its free personalized Fueling Plans, a new tool that turns an athlete’s training into clear, workout-by-workout fueling guidance.
The launch kicks off the brand’s Fuel Your Finish campaign for runners training toward major fall start lines. The campaign centers on marathon and half-marathon season, but the personalized Fueling Plans are built for any runner who wants to stop guessing at fuel and start showing up to training with more confidence.
From training plan to fueling plan
Built on the company’s proprietary Fuelprint technology, the tool translates an athlete’s experience, training, goals, preferences, and schedule into exactly what to fuel with, and when.
Instead of asking athletes to decode serving sizes, carb targets, hydration needs, and long-run guesswork on their own, Fuel Goods turns the training they are already doing into a fueling plan they can actually follow, then makes it instantly shoppable.
Runners with their own training plan can use it to build personalized workout-by-workout fueling guidance. Runners without a formal plan can choose one of Fuel Goods’ built-in plans. Once the plan is built, athletes can purchase the recommended fuel directly through Fuel Goods, eliminating the usual gap between knowing what they need and figuring out where to get it.
The plan is free to build, and there is no upsell to unlock the recommendations.
A fully-fueled training block, on the house
To celebrate the launch, every runner who builds a Fueling Plan is automatically entered in the Fuel Your Finish sweepstakes, with one winner drawn each week through fall marathon season. The prize is a fully-fueled training block — every product, every session, every week from now through race day.
The campaign runs through the Philadelphia Marathon on November 22 and spans the fall calendar, including Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Indianapolis Monumental, Baltimore, and Marine Corps.
Built with athletes — and built to improve
“Most endurance athletes are not under-motivated. They are under-supported,” said Courteney Lowe, co-founder and fueling lead at Fuel Goods. “They have the race on the calendar, the training plan, the long runs, the workouts, but when it comes to fueling, advice often stops short of execution. Athletes still have to translate that into products, timing, quantities, and a plan they can actually follow. We built personalized, shoppable Fueling Plans to close that gap.”
“We shaped this with runners from the beginning, and we are launching it the same way,” said Jorgensen. “This is not a static PDF or a one-size-fits-all chart. It is the start of a better fueling system — one that gets athletes from ‘I have no idea what I need’ to ‘I know exactly what to do next.”
Fuel Goods describes the launch as the first public version of a product designed to evolve with athlete feedback, training behavior, and future integrations. The company is building toward deeper connections with training platforms, allowing fueling recommendations to become more seamless, adaptive, and connected to the way athletes already train.
