Former Troy Turkey Trot director George P. Regan was arrested and charged with grand larceny after investigators said he stole at least $114,110 from race funds tied to the 2024 and 2025 events. Police said the money was meant for the city and charity partners, but was instead used for Regan’s personal gain.
