Atlanta’s Largest Office Party returns to Summerhill September 24

The Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run, Walk & Roll returns Thursday, September 24, 2026, bringing a 5K and “Atlanta’s Largest Office Party” to Summerhill near the Olympic Cauldron. From the anticipation at the start to the music, food and celebration afterward, the event invites Atlanta to turn team spirit into a shared experience.

This year also carries special meaning. Founded by U.S. Olympian Jeff Galloway in 1983, the event returns for the first time since his passing on February 25, 2026. His commitment to welcoming more people into running lives on in the first-timers, returning teams and families who make the event their own.

For Danielle Southern, one start line changed everything. She says the 2012 event was her first race; 245 more races later, she has also started a running organization supporting middle- and back-of-the-pack participants. For Vicki Williams-Swift, the event has become a family tradition, with three to four generations participating together in recent years. Some run, others walk, and the reward is reaching the same finish and sharing the fun.

With Kaiser Permanente as title sponsor and FRESHJUNKIE Racing producing the event, the evening brings workplace wellness out of the office and into a community celebration.
